Questions about AI
- Is AI safe for my client data? It can be, if it's set up properly. We use business plans that don't train on your data, control who has access, and offer fully private on-site AI when the data is too sensitive for the cloud.
- Do I need to buy expensive hardware? Usually not. Most small businesses get great results from cloud AI tools. Hardware only makes sense when privacy or offline use requires it — and we'll tell you honestly if it doesn't.
- What's the difference between cloud AI and private AI? Cloud AI (like ChatGPT or Claude) runs on the provider's servers and is the most capable. Private AI runs on a machine in your office, so your data never leaves the building. Many businesses use both.
- Will AI replace my staff? No — it takes the boring, repetitive work off their plate so they can focus on customers and the work that earns money.
- What does it cost? Every business is different, so we give a fixed quote after a free chat. Most setups are a once-off setup fee, with optional monthly support.
- Do you only work in Kempton Park? We're based in Bonaero Park and serve businesses across Ekurhuleni and Johannesburg. Much of the setup and support can also be done remotely.
